Dr Ridsdale elected Vice President of the Faculty of Homeopathy

Dr Patricia Ridsdale has been elected Vice President of the Faculty of Homeopathy, the professional body for doctors, and other statutorily registered health professionals such as nurses, vets and osteopaths, who integrate homeopathy within their practice. Founded in 1844 and incorporated by an Act of Parliament in 1950, the Faculty of Homeopathy is also a GMC Designated Body for the Revalidation of many Doctors who work within Homeopathic Medicine and the wider sphere of Complementary and Integrated Medicine.

The Faculty have also just announced that HRH The Prince of Wales is to become their Royal Patron.

This is a great honour and has attracted much media interest. It has been an opportunity for the Faculty to put forward a professional, knowledgeable and balanced view of the very real and positive evidence for the benefit and effectiveness of homeopathy when integrated into a whole person view.
