If you have a query with the medicines, remedies or supplements you have been prescribed please contact our dispensary staff on the number below.
If you wish to order a repeat prescription regarding remedies, supplements or medicines from the dispensary, please either telephone the dispensary or click on the Repeat Prescription button below. Please note that items will only be sent out if a patient has consulted with their doctor at the practice within the last 12 months.
If you require a doctors to make up a prescription for medicines purchased from another pharmacy from there will be a £30 charge. Signed prescriptions can be scanned and forwarded to you by email or collected from the practice.
