During the Cornonavirus outbreak The Natural Practice will continue to support our patients but we are changing the way we care for you.
Due to the introduction of lockdown restrictions from 6th January 2021, doctors at the practice now offer 'virtual' consultations although some face to face consultations will be available if your doctor thinks this is necessary. All new patient appointment will be carried out 'virtually' also. Doctors Owen, Ridsdale, Mishanina, Foster, Day and Pogoda are available for telephone, Doxy.me, Skype or Zoom consultations.
Appointments for chiropractic, osteopathy, nutritional therapy, hypnotherapy and acupuncture are available. Appointments for reflexology and massage therapy are not available during the current restrictions.
All practitioners are available for telephone advice or support if required.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact reception on 01962 856310 or by email at enquiries@thenaturalpractice.com. If you already have a future appointment booked, a member of the reception team will contact you and ask if you would like to carry on with your appointment via telephone, Skype or Zoom. For more information about how to set up Skype, Zoom etc click here. We request payment for consultation fees in advance of your appointment.
We are still dispensing to our patients but we continue to be very busy with requests for repeat prescriptions. We give priority to medicines prescribed following a consultation. We request that all orders for repeat prescriptions are sent by email but please allow at least 7 days for an order to be processed. To order, please email dispensary@thenaturalpractice.com.
