Having had a busy career in London and then two children in quick succession, Sarah and her family moved to Bali. It was here she first began to understand the benefits of regular massage as it helped to alleviate a long term back problem. She then went on to learn the art of Balinese massage from the highly respected Balinese master Pat Ketut.
On returning to the UK, Sarah continued her studies and then added other forms of massage therapy, sports massage and reflexology and in 2021, medical acupuncture to the treatment she offers. In addition, Sarah attended a continuous professional development course in cancer care reflexology and currently offers voluntary treatments to patients at her local hospice.
Sarah also offers pregnancy massage and massage for older clients. Whether you are an athlete/frequent exerciser; trying to improve sporting performance; a pregnant mum seeking relief from aches and pains; an older person seeking to walk without pain, or simply stressed out and looking to release anxieties or alleviate the pressures of modern life, massage therapy offers many benefits to all.
When I’m not working, or walking my dogs, I enjoy road and mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, playing tennis and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
