The Natural Remedy Store is based within our Winchester practice, and offers a mail order service to all patients. We can provide homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements and herbal remedies that may be organised at your consultation or ordered over the telephone.

Reflexology

Jane qualified with the Bayly School of Reflexology in February 2002 and is a member of the British Reflexology Association. She is also a qualified Second Degree Reiki Practitoner in the Usui method of Reiki and has been combining the two therapies for over three years.

A Reflexology treatment works on both your feet, which reflect all the parts of your body. The Reiki helps send the Energy to the areas of your body which need extra help. It seeks out the imbalances and helps to correct them.

Jane ran a practice from home for three years and joined The Natural Practice, Winchester in November 2005.
