Sheila Work
DO BSc (Hons) Osteopathy
Osteopath and Cranial Osteopath

Sheila Work is a registered osteopath and cranial osteopath. Sheila graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Kent in 2003 following 4 years training. She joined The Natural Practice in 2004.

Sheila regularly updates her skills in osteopathy and has been involved in teaching undergraduate osteopaths. In September 2009 she gained a masters degree in Paediatric Osteopathy, following 2 years of clinical experience at The Foundation of Paediatric Osteopathy in London.

She has experience in treating babies, children and mothers (both during pregnancy and after birth).

Osteopathy can help a wide range of conditions which are not all related to back pain. For example, Sheila regularly sees patients presenting with headaches, neck and shoulder pain and lower limb aches and pains. Sheila enjoys treating people of all ages and uses many different techniques according to the needs of the individual. This may include soft tissue massage, gentle manipulation and articulation of joints or cranial osteopathy. Self-help advice is also part of Sheila's treatment plan.

Sheila is a Bupa registered practitioner.
