Lucy trained for 3 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and is passionate about healthy food and nutrition for optimum health.
Lucy’s background as a biochemist and a freelance cook provides an excellent balance between science and practicality. Advice given is backed up with simple explanations to help you understand the recommendations and Lucy aims to encourage the enjoyment of food, using recipes and cookery tips.
Symptoms such as low energy, frequent infections, PMS, headaches, and bloating need not be part of everyday life. Nutritional Therapy aims to discover the underlying causes behind your symptoms and to work closely with diet, lifestyle and supplements to achieve results.
